Paring Knife 100mm

NZ$180.00
Sold Out

A small utility knife designed to fit in the hand for any small work or peeling.

This is a hidden tang knife with a brass ferrule, meaning the wooden handle fits around the metal tang which has a tapered shape, buried and glued in the centre of the handle.

Like most people, we have a drawer full of cheap paring knives that are great, but it’s the handmade ones you form a relationship with, putting them on your knife rack, not in the drawer.
